When refunds are available and the process for requesting one.
Design services are custom professional work created specifically for each client. Refunds are evaluated carefully on a case-by-case basis. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and no design work has been started. To request a cancellation, contact hello@themagicdesigns.com with your order details within this 48-hour window. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method via Stripe.
If design work has begun but the project has not reached the first defined delivery milestone, a partial refund may be arranged at our discretion. The refundable percentage reflects the proportion of work not yet completed relative to the full project scope agreed at the time of order.
We do not issue refunds after the project has been fully completed and all deliverables have been sent. We do not issue refunds based on a change of preference after delivery if the work aligns with the agreed brief and scope. If you believe delivered work does not match the agreed brief, contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific documentation of the discrepancy.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@themagicdesigns.com. Include your order reference, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve all disputes fairly and constructively.
