All The Magic Designs services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped under standard service terms.
Final deliverables are shared via Figma share link, Google Drive, or a downloadable ZIP package containing organized exports in all formats relevant to your project. The delivery method is confirmed at project kick-off. You receive a handoff document with file descriptions and usage notes.

Timelines begin from the project kick-off session, which typically occurs 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes extend timelines accordingly and will be communicated promptly.
Creative identity projects include SVG, PNG (transparent and solid backgrounds), PDF, AI/EPS source, and Figma source files. Web design projects include Figma source with a component library and handoff documentation. Print-intended files are delivered as print-ready PDFs with appropriate bleed and color profiles. Motion and animation files are delivered as Lottie JSON, MP4, and GIF as applicable.
Rush delivery (approximately 50% faster) is available as a paid add-on, subject to current studio capacity. Select the rush delivery add-on in the package builder or contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
