All services are delivered digitally. You receive files via Figma share link, cloud storage, and/or a downloadable ZIP package with organized exports in all relevant formats. Nothing physical is shipped under standard terms.
We design. The Web Design service delivers Figma files with full developer documentation and asset exports. We work with development partners and can connect you with one if you need a build.
The Spark package (logo + basics) runs 2-3 weeks. The Craft package (brand + website) runs 4-6 weeks. We give a confirmed schedule at kick-off.
Yes. Extension projects work from your existing identity. If your guidelines are incomplete, we fill the gaps and document what we use, so future work stays consistent.
Yes. Revision rounds are defined per package. We do structured feedback on specific elements rather than open-ended redraws. Changes that fall outside the agreed scope are scoped as amendments.
Ocala, Florida. We work remotely with clients across the US. Most communication is async with video calls at key milestones.
Yes. After the initial project, monthly design retainers are available for ongoing content, campaign updates, or product work. Rate and scope are agreed at the start of each engagement.
